Wedding Day-only Coordination

This is an ideal package for those who have planned their own weddings but would like a Wedding Professional on the day itself.
Some of the Coordination Services are included as mentioned under Consulting Services, as well as:
• A meeting with the clients prior to the Wedding Day. A suggested of 2 weeks prior is best yet the earlier to assist in any final details is optimum
• Rehersal Coordinaton. Suggested 2 days prior to the big day.
• Coordinator will be at the Ceremony, Photo Shoot and Reception
• Wedding Day Itinerary with contacts listed
Consulting Fees:
$650 for the whole day

Full Wedding Coordination

A professional Wedding Coordinator will work with you and help create your personal dream wedding.
We will handle all of the planning or guide you through the planning process and take the time and leg-work out of every stage. *The average Wedding Coordinator will save a couple almost 250 hours of work to make a wedding perfect!*
Coordination Services include all of the services mentioned under Consulting Services, as well as:
• Vendor meetings/ negotiation/contract reviews/follow-ups and confirmations
• Budget development and maintenance
• Theme development & colour coordination
• Personal Detailed Wedding Schedule - for couples opting to plan their own weddings, but would like some direction
• Schedule Management
• Proper Wedding Etiquette
• Travel Arrangement negotiaions
• Wedding Day Itinerary
• Day of site supervision, ceremony, photo session and reception
• Rehersal Coordination
Full Wedding Coordination Fees:
(Including the additional service of an assistant(s)*)
Full Wedding Planning and Coordination would be calculated at 10% of the total Wedding budget**. We feel this is the fairest pricing structure, because generally, the more a Wedding costs, the more Coordination it requires.
(minimum of $ 1,000 applies)
* Depending on the number of expected guests, one or more assistants may be required.
