Coordination Fees:
Standard consulting fee begins at $150 per hour and can be absorbed into the overall package or event management request.
Wedding Planning and Coordination would be calculated at 15% of the total Wedding budget**. We feel this is the fairest pricing structure, because generally, the more a Wedding costs, the more Coordination it requires. (minimum of $1,500 applies especially for full weddings)
* Depending on the number of expected guests, one or more assistants may be required.

This is an ideal package for those who have planned their own wedding, but would like a Wedding Professional on the day itself. Some of the Coordination Services are included as mentioned under Design Time, as well as:

  • A meeting with the clients approximately a month prior to the Wedding Day.
  • *A suggested of 2 weeks prior is best yet the earlier to assist in any final details is optimum!*
  • Rehearsal coordination; we suggest 2 days prior to the big day.
  • Lead Coordinator will be at the Ceremony and Reception
  • Assistant(s) may be added dependent on location, size of event and duration
  • Wedding Day Itinerary with contacts listed
  • Transportation or accommodation may be added as well

At this first meeting, we literally bring it all to the table, sort out what can or cannot work and start building from the bottom up! This can be built for those who want to plan their own but need a good push in the right direction or no idea, no time and could use all the assistance to create that storybook tale.

  • Money-saving ideas (that can save you thousands of dollars)

  • Detailed Wedding Itinerary

A great package for those not seeking wedding assistance, yet want to avoid the hassles of the planning details of their event; be it an anniversary or birthday celebration, a semi-formal or formal gala; proposal parties, engagement parties, bachelor/bachelorette getaways, school reunions, and so much more!

  • 2-4 meetings with the client(s) prior to the event. A suggested of 3 weeks prior is best yet the earlier to assist in any final details is ideal. Remember, you get some of the components of the Design Time too!

  • Final list of guests and potential vendors

  • Itinerary scheduling and email reminders to all parties involved

A professional Wedding Coordinator will work with you and help create your personal dream wedding. We will handle all of the planning or guide you through the planning process (and sometimes breathing through the many family requests!) and take the time and leg-work out of every stage. This Coordination Service include all of the services mentioned under Design Time, as well as:

  • Vendor meetings/ negotiation/contract reviews/follow-ups and confirmations
  • Budget development and maintenance
  • Theme development & colour coordination
  • Personal Detailed Wedding Schedule & Itinerary
  • Travel Arrangement negotiations
  • *Tip: have medical and/or travel insurance!"
  • Day of site supervision, ceremony, photo session and reception
  • Rehearsal Coordination (if Officiant has no major objection or not in attendance)
