Consultation

Price: $150 for the first hour; $50 for each additional hour
Month-of Coordination
This also includes the many services listed above and from the Full Event Coordination section.
- Budget development and maintenance
- Location search and availability
- Styling and designing of event
- Vendor selection (including referrals and exclusives)
- Overview and education (We always answer calls. We are there to answer question from beginning to end.)
- Event Itinerary
- An assistant for approximately 4 hours
- Rehearsal design and execution
- Supervise the event and reception (where applicable)
- Event itinerary
- Budget management
- Attend all necessary meetings
- Manage all logistics
- Attend/conduct rehearsal
- Instruct and oversee all duties of participants
- Oversee set-up
- Assist bridal party with any final touches
- Supervise all vendors and professionals (Including photographers, florist, and caterers)
- Ensure everything runs as planned
- Handle necessary payments
- Supervise entire ceremony and reception
- Attend to guests' special needs
- An assistant for approximately 4 hours
- Create an unforgetable event!
*Due to the size of the event, more than one assistant may be required.*
Price: $1000
Full Event Coordination
This also includes the many services listed above from the Consultation and Month-of Coordination.
Price: Full Wedding Planning and Coordination would be calculated at 10% of the total budget with a minimum of $1100. This is the average based on the standard set by those in the Wedding Industry. Based on the guest size, more than one assistant may be required.
Destination Wedding Coordination
This also includes the many services listed above from the Consultation, Month-of & Full Coordination.
- Budget development, allocation and maintenance
- Vendor contacts, negotiations, contract reviews, follow-up and confirmations
- Event Schedule for the months from beginning to date of event
- Full delevopment of the event theme
- Recommendations with all details for event (including attire, food, decor, centrepieces, wedding update on website if one is applicable, etc.)
- Assistance of Legal forms with Destination Country
- Suggestions and itineraries for group activities and tours
- On-Site for wedding to ensure quality is maintained
- Travel Arrangement negotiations and confirmations
- On-site contact for your guests
- Suppervision of event rehersal (if applicable)
- Suppervision of ceremony & reception set up
- Supervision of event photos session (if applicable unless scheduled for next day)
- On-site direction of wedding reception with resort contacts
- Administration details (long distance calls, emails, transportation services and bookings, ensuring gifts for guests are in rooms, etc.)
- Travel arrangements for coordinator at Turning Page Events
Price: $1500
